2. Services
We provide in-person barbering services including haircuts, skin fades, beard trims, hot towel shaves and combination appointments. All services are performed at our premises at 15 Cleaver Road, Basingstoke, RG22 6SD. Prices are as listed on this website and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
3. Booking
Appointments may be requested via the contact form on this website or by calling 07868 255 972. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion. No payment is taken at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation by You
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations can be made by phone or email. Because services are performed in person and no advance payment is taken, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 cancellation rights do not apply. Repeated no-shows may result in removal from the booking list.
5. Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. No payment having been taken in advance, no refund will be owed.
6. Payment
Payment is due on the day of your appointment, in person at our premises. We accept cash and major debit and credit cards. No payment is collected through this website.
7. Refunds & Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us on the day or contact us within 7 days at [email protected]. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint promptly and fairly. Where a service is found to have been deficient, we may offer a complimentary correction appointment at our discretion. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
8. Liability
Our liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the price paid for that service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
